Navigating Peri to Post Menopause Like a Boss; What Every Woman Needs to Know

The menopause transition doesn’t have to feel so hard or confusing! Whether you’re in your 30s and hearing the word perimenopause for the first time, or 20 years postmenopause and wondering if your symptoms still matter, this empowering session will give you the clarity, confidence, and control you deserve. Learn the real stages of the menopause transition, the risks of declining hormones, what symptoms are “normal” (and what aren’t), and how to advocate for better care. Katie will walk you through five foundational lifestyle shifts, the truth about testing and HRT, and how to finally feel like yourself again—because no one is more qualified to lead your health journey than you.

You’ll leave with renewed clarity, an understanding of what drives you, and one bold step to take ownership of your next move.  This can be a standalone session, but best teamed with Session 1 to understand the underlying challenges facing women and to reconnect with your “why.”
